In addition to our Danish staff, a great majority of whom have international training or work experience, we employ staff from over 30 countries. The result is a truly international company familiar with the languages and cultures in countries around the world where you may need our assistance.

Healthy employees are of utmost importance to IHI. Physiotherapists are taking care of maintaining and promoting the physical and social wellbeing and in the canteen the employees are treated with a tasty and healthy diet.IHI insists on offering the prospect of job rotation - in different departments as well as in our offices around the world.  We also make a point of motivating and making provisions for our employees to receive supplementary education.

IHI Children Foundation

Monday, November 4, 2002 The IHI Children Foundation (ICF) was founded by IHI-employees.The need for the foundation was identified by IHI-employees who have supportedvarious projects around the world. The scope of the foundation is to help strengthen the result of the contributions and channel all the funds raised without any deduction at all directly to the approved projects.
