In order to maintain our position as a world leader in the field of international health insurance and medical travel insurance IHI is in constant contact with its customers. This is a way of getting constructive feedback and also new ideas on how to improve our services.
In 2006 IHI conducted a customer satisfaction survey among those of our customers who had had to present a claim for reimbursement. The British company Accord helped IHI conduct the survey, and we received about 500 replies from customers from all over the world
Customer survey results
- 75% of the customers find IHI´s service either “excellent” or “very good”. Reasons given for this positive result are quick response rates and efficient, professional and competent handling of claims.
- 81% will "definitely" or "very likely" renew their policy. Excellent service is the most common reason given for this.
- 83% will either “definitely” or “likely” recommend IHI. This is evidence of a high loyalty among IHI´s customers.
- 70% find the claims service "excellent" or "very good".
