Customer Relations Manager
As Customer Relations Manager you will directly manage and lead the service team Global Asia in order to achieve service and performance targets. This role requires the deployment of superior people management skills to create outstanding customer satisfaction. You will be accountable for your team’s activities and will also be expected to contribute to the success of Customer Relations in an open, honest and trustworthy dialogue with your colleagues in the entire Department.
