Chile earthquake: advice for customers

The earthquake that hit Chile on Saturday 27 February has killed at least 700 people and forced tens of thousands to flee their homes.

Evacuation

We offer evacuation and repatriation for our members in Chile if it is a medical emergency. We are monitoring the situation closely and will update according to the advice that is being given by government bodies.
