Healthy food

To stay healthy you must eat a nutritious and varied diet. A healthy diet containing health-promoting nutrients and vitamins can help prevent heart diseases, cancer and overweight.

The Danish Council on Nutrition has set up a number of dietary guidelines for a healthy, nutritional diet. If you follow these your diet will have the optimum balance and variation. It is har to follow all the guidelines to the point, but even small improvements will help.

Actually, it is quite simple

If you eat too much, or if you eat the wrong food, you will gain weight, which may result in health problems.
If you eat a good, varied diet you will maintain your normal weight and feel better.
