Our staff is chosen with the utmost care to make sure that you receive the highest level of service combined with cultural understanding, human insight and good linguistic qualifications. In addition to our Danish staff, a great majority of whom have international training or work experience, we employ staff from over 30 countries. The result is a truly international company familiar with the languages and cultures in countries around the world where you may need our assistance.

Healthy employees are of utmost importance to ihi Bupa. Physiotherapists are taking care of maintaining and promoting the physical and social wellbeing and in the canteen the employees are treated with a tasty and healthy diet. ihi Bupa insists on offering the prospect of job rotation - in different departments as well as in our offices around the world.  We also make a point of motivating and making provisions for our employees to receive supplementary education.
