Our customers is at the heart of ihi Bupa and in order to maintain our position as a world leader in the field of international health insurance and medical travel insurance we want to hear
what you think. This is how we can get constructive feedback and also new ideas to how we improve our services and products.

Our  2010 Customer Satisfaction Survey

In January 2010 we started sending out online customer satisfaction surveys via email. You may already have received and completed one of our surveys in connection with the renewal of your policy or if you have had a claim in 2010. The surveys are conducted by our partner Satmetrix and take no more than 5 minutes to complete.

So far we have had over 2000 responses in less than 10 months. Reading through your comments, we are identifying key areas in which we can improve while at the same time getting to know our customers better. This allows us to get a better view of your needs and expectations than we have ever had and the information will be used in our efforts to meet and hopefully exceed your expectations.

“Claims processing is very slow. There is no update on whether the company has received claims, progress on processing of the claims, timing etc.”

As you can tell there are mixed feedback but we consider critical feedback highly valuable and gives us the perfect opportunity to amend and evolve. We will be making changes as a results of having analysed our surveys and the comments made by you, our customers.
