We offer you this service via Skype - a software program which allows the users to make telephone calls from their computer free of charge.

How to get started

All you need to do is install Skype on your computer. Download the program for free at www.skype.com. Make sure that you have a head set and that the computer volume is on.

Call us by clicking on the link Call IHI with Skype on the right side of the screen. Then you will hear a dialling tone and soon you will be in touch with us.

When you call us again

The next time you want to call just click the link again. Please do not add IHI to your Skype contact list. This is our best way to ensure a free line for you.
