How to report a claim

Find out how we can settle a payment directly with the hospital where you are being treated or pay you back for medical expenses.

Payment guarantee for hospital treatment

In the event of acute or planned hospital treatment, you can contact our Medical Centre 24 hours a day to get prior approval. We will issue a guarantee of payment to the hospital or clinic where you are being treated and settle the bills directly with them, enabling you to concentrate on getting better.

How we pay you back for expenses

To claim reimbursement for medical expenses, please submit your bills to us.

You can also submit your claim to us by email. (Only available to customers outside Scandinavia and Latin America).

The bills must specify the diagnosis, type of service, proof of payment and cost of each service provided (consultation, laboratory examination, medicine, etc.). If medicine has been purchased, a copy of the prescription should be included.

We kindly ask you to keep a copy of your bills until your claim has been assessed.

Outpatient treatment

If you have received outpatient treatment - such as a visit to the doctor, a specialist or a dentist - we kindly ask you to pay the bills and send them to us so we can pay you back.
