Why can't I open PDF documents on myPage?
If you have trouble opening PDF documents, you can try one of the following options: 

Check your computer settings

  • Go into Windows Explorer. (Windows button + E)
  • Select Tools -> Folder Options -> File Types tab
  • Find PDF and select it to be opened with Adobe Reader

Update Adobe Reader

Save the document on your desktop

  • Right click and save the document on your desktop, right click on the document and select "open with Internet Explorer "
What if I can't solve the problem?

If none of the above suggestions help, please contact our service department via chat, telephone or e-mail. Please advise on the type of browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, etc.) and version you use. To check the version, go into the browser menu and choose "Help"and "About Internet Explorer." Please describe what happens when you try to open the document and take a print screen of the error message if possible.

How do I register for myPage?

If it is the first time you use myPage, you must use the first 7 digits of your policy number as your username and your date of birth as your password.  On the login page choose 'Create new account ' Go to login page.

If you are not insured yourself, you must use the date of birth of one of those insured on the policy. 

I can no longer log in with my username and password - why?
  • If you have forgotten your password, you can ask for a new one. Use the link "Forgot your password" on the login page
  • If you are no longer insured on the policy, you won't be able to log in. If others are insured on the policy, they can log in with their username and password or register as described on the login page
Why can I not login with my policy number and date of birth?
  • If you are trying to login for the first time, check the data format for the date of birth. You must write dd-mm-yyyy. If you are not insured on the policy, you must use the date of birth of one of the insured.
  • If you have registered before, you will have already chosen a personal username and password. If you have forgotten, use the link 'Forgot your password?' on the login page. You will receive an email with your username and a link to a page where you can create a new password.
Policy Information
I have two policies but I can only see one of them when I log in - why?
There is a password for each policy. In order to see your other policies, you must register with policy number and date of birth first. Read more here about how to register for myPage.
